How does brow lamination work?
Like a perm, lamination works to redirect and set your brow hair into a desired shape making them look fuller, thicker, longer and bushier. It easily tames unruly hairs and fills in gaps in your natural brow!
I’m a new to this, is it safe doing this myself?
Our brow lift kit comes with clear and simple instructions. Gently formulated to be beginner friendly and safe to use at home.

How long does the treatment last?
Your beautiful, feathery brow lift will last between 4 to 6 weeks depending on your hair cycle. Enjoy! 🌹
How often can I laminate my brows?
Since your beautiful brow lift result will last up to 6 weeks. So you should space out your lamination session at least four weeks apart.
Can I tint my eyebrows with the lamination?
Absolutely! You can either tint them 24 hours after the lamination treatment. Or if you'd like to tint the eyebrows together with the lifting process, we recommend doing so in the following order:
Lifting Lotion -> Setting Lotion -> Tint -> Nutrition Serum
How many uses can I get out of a kit?
Each kit provides enough product for 4-6 applications, depending on the thickness of your natural brows. They also have a shelf life of three months since opened, so we recommend locking in an at-home salon sesh with the BFFs ASAP.
Is the brow lamination kit cruelty free?
Absolutely! Before we made our Brow Lamination Kit available, we had it extensively tested to ensure it’s 100% safe and none of that testing was done on animals.
Lash Lift
How long will the Lash Lift last?
Your beautifully lifted natural eyelashes will last for 4 to 8 weeks depending on your eyelash.
Can I add tint into the lift process?
Yes! If you'd like to add tint into your lifting process, we recommend doing so after removing the setting lotion from your eyelashes:
Lifting Lotion -> Setting Lotion -> Tint -> Nutrition Serum
How often can I perform a lash lift?
To keep your natural lashes in good condition, we recommended an interval of minimum 4 weeks between each lash lift.
Can I use eyelash serum after Lash Lift?
Definitely! As long as it is oil free and you wait 24 hours after the lash lift treatment before using. Eyelash serum is a great idea as it will help to strengthen and lengthen your eyelashes, ready for your next lash lift!
Can I wear mascara with my lash lift?
Yes, but it needs to be water base! Mascara can be a great combo with lifted lashes and will give them an extra oomph for special occasion! However, we're sure you'll completely stop using mascara every day after being wowed by your eyelashes with a Miya Lash Lift!
Can I use waterproof makeup?
Unfortunately not, as waterproof makeup contains oil, which may weaken your lift. You can still use regular mascara or eyeliner, however we’re sure that you will love the lash lift results so much and find makeup is not needed!

Can I return my items?
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If this is the case, please message us at hello@miya-lash.com or use the contact us form and we will send you further details on how you can return your product.
If you have used the product, unfortunately we will not be able to accept it as a return, unless it is defective. If there are any issues then please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate or assist you. We aim to provide world class customer service!
